Well, we should probably eat more fruit. But hang on, fruit makes you fat now. So I guess less carbohydrates and more protein. OK, so just eat more protein. Aren’t we all protein deficient after all? Protein is huge these days. Come on, you gotta get your protein. And doesn’t eating extra protein speed our metabolism. But wait, how much protein do we actually need? And has anyone actually studied that? Maybe we should just eat more fat. Fat doesn’t make you fat anymore, that was just in the 90s…
