Therefore, make sure you have strategies in place to overcome the health degrading effects of our modern, highly-processed, highly-polluted, incredibly un-natural lifestyle. I would start with these:
- eat a diet rich in fruit and vegetables. Only 1 in 10 Canadians eats the government recommendation of 7 or more servings daily.
- move more – a lot more. Only 15% of Canadians get sufficient exercise.
- slow down – make time for happiness.
